To secure a place at Shine Clubs you will need to fill out a booking form, you can book for a one-off session or for an entire half term. Please note: a completed (and returned) registration form is required for every child. The booking form can be found at your child's school office or you can print your own copy from the (below) PDF. Please return all completed forms to your child's school office.
